Pursuing Peace

In kingdom living, we automatically strive to live in peace. When evil becomes present one should turn away from it. I know that it is easier said than done, however one must pursue to depart from any form of evildoings. It hinders your spiritual growth and your blessings that GOD has in store for you.

When evil shows up quickly disappear from it, do the right thing, live and pursue for peace. Soon you’ll discover that your spirit man strengthens and the blessings from GOD are endless…so pursue it.

“Depart from evil and do good; Seek peace and pursue it.” Psalm 34:14

Living in Righteousness

It is good to know that we have the blessed assurance that the LORD keeps his eyes on his righteous people. He sees everything that is going on around us and the hearts of man. Nothing goes by him by astonishment. He is omnipresent and his focus is seeing that his people are taken care of. The other blessed assurance is that he hears our cry. Every time we cry out time from that moment he hears us and answers it whether we realize it or not.

The next time you feel as though you a being mistreated used and abused, know that the LORD is so righteous and his eyes are kept on his righteous people and he definitely is not deaf he hears your cries. I challenge you to pursue to live righteously in times of complexity and you’ll receive the revelation of how righteous the LORD really is.

“The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their cry.” Psalm 34:15

A Song for 9-11

Today all over this nation, we are reminded of that horrific day of calamity and despair. Please be mindful that our God is still in control and still the ruler of all things. This incident didn’t catch him by surprise nor nothing goes by God unnoticed, however we know that all things work together for our good. We may never get over the many deaths from the day or those who actually watch the terrible attacks through our prestigious and beautiful cities, but keep your focus on the kingdom of God and his righteousness. God is bigger than any attack and calamity.

Instead make this day “September 11th” into a song of praise and live in His shadow, his shade tree. Continuously stay in the shadow of his wings and he will abide in you. You’ll soon discover that He will calm all your fears and wipe away your tears. He will put a song in your heart and strengthen you. So sing and live!

“Sing praises to the LORD, which dwelleth in Zion: declare among the people his doings.” Psalm 9:11

“He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.” Psalm 91:1

Save the Children

Save the Children
Written by: Lady Paula

People! Come together!
And save the children
Let them lead the way
Bring a child in a way
He or she should go
Because when they grow old
He’ll never, she’ll never
Depart from it

Wake up People!!
Let’s save the children!!
Make a wise investment
In a child
In doing so
You will make their future bright
Show them the way
Show them the light
Feel me?
Then…
Build me
Build me
Build me

It's Worth It

In this glorious life called kingdom living, one must experience suffering. It is one characteristic of the Fruit of the Spirit and suffering, believe it or not builds to your character. During your suffering it will cause you to establish and settle you to become godly and your sweet communion with God flourishes.

So when you are experiencing suffering whether it is financial, sicknesses, or disappointments, know that it is a temporary place and at the end of the day, God will shine forth and His glory will be revealed in you. God will turn the suffering into celebration. Therefore all the suffering you endured doesn’t compare to the glory God will illuminate through you. Smile, sing, and praise Him while you are suffering…it’s worth it.

"I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us." Romans 8:18 (NIV)
